Model Description

Alpine’s Counter Shutters roll down shutters are practical for small openings such as roll down security window, service counters door, window steel shutters, concession stands and cafeteria window counters. The rolling shutter curtain is designed to use either 2" baby curve or 1 1/4" baby flat slats to maintain building aesthetics. These metal shutters are also available in a number of materials and finishes. The window Counter-Shutter can be operated manually or with one of Alpine's superior motors options. Alpine’s Counter-Vision window shutter has the same great features as the Alpine rolling shutter window, Counter-Shutter with a rolling shutter curtain made of perforated, 1 1/4" baby flat slats. The Counter Vision is ideal for exterior use, allowing visibility and ventilation through the curtain while maintaining security. The Counter-Vision is available in a number of colors and finishes to match the decor of the building. For rollup storm shutters please see the Redi-Storm and Fire-Storm doors.

 

Alpine’s Counter Grille is a rolling grille, counter shutter made with made with 5/16" thick galvanized rods with PVC tubular spacers. The Counter Grille is housed in roll-formed steel guides that are designed for durability. It is ideal for storefront windows and comes in a variety of finishes and colors.
 

Alpine's Integral Frame Counter Shutter roll down shutters are a counter door with a metal shutters frame and sill that allows for custom designs. The integral frame can be installed as a single piece into unfinished openings or as a split frame design into pre-existing openings. The Integral Frame Counter Shutter can be constructed to fit into any wall and is available in a number of materials and finishes. Alpine’s UL Classified Integral Frame® Fire Shutter exterior fire shutters are manufactured and designed at the factory for a seamless, custom appearance without requiring assembly in the field. These rolling fire shutters feature our special Split Frame® design for quick installation into new walls or existing openings with a finished frame edge. These rolling fire doors completely encase your opening.
 
Alpine’s UL Classified Integral Frame® Smoke Fire Shutter fire rated shutters and fire rated doors are manufactured and designed at the factory for a seamless, custom appearance without requiring assembly in the field. These coiling fire shutters feature our special roll down security Split Frame® design for quick installation into new walls or existing openings with a finished frame edge. Alpine’s Fire Shut exterior fire shutters are rolling fire shutters approved by Underwriter's Laboratories for up to 4 hours of fire shutters protection. It can be operated manually or with a motor, and is activated by the melting of a fusible link. It is ideal for use in small openings that requiring fire protection, such as cafeteria or kitchen windows. The counter fire steel shutters come in galvanized or stainless steel with a variety of finishes. For wood shutters click on the left of this page.

 

Alpine’s Auto Fire-Shut roll down shutters have the same features as the counter Fire shutter, rolling fire doors Fire-Shut with the addition of either a Redi­Reset (Models FS, NFS, FDC, or FDCL) or Redi-Reset II operator. For metal storm shutters please see the Redi-Storm and Fire-Storm doors.

 
Alpine’s Smoke Fire-Shut fire rated shutters and fire rated doors have all the features of the Overhead Steel shutters Fire-Shut with the addition of an "S" rating for smoke leakage. This coiling fire shutters, Smoke Fire-Shut utilizes a vinyl smoke seal on the bottom bar and brush seals on the guides and lintel to stop the movement of smoke through the metal shutters door, preventing property damage and smoke risks.
Alpine’s Auto-Smoke Fire-Shut exterior fire shutters have all the features of the rolling fire shutters, “Smoke Fire-Tite” with the addition Redi-Reset Operators, (Models FS, NFS, FDC, or FDCL). The “Auto-Smoke Fire-Shut” Rolling Steel Shutter Door, Prevents the movement of smoke through the steel fire shutters door, preventing property damage, smoke Risks, and allows for easy testing and resetting, without having to adjust spring tension to the Roll down Shutters door, Redi-Reset Operators are automatically tested and reset, by the touch of a button.
