Alpine^® Insulated Doors

Alpine’s IMB-V8 is a normal service door with Insulated Metal Backed slats that are 15/16 inch thick slats with an R-Value: 8.25 (U-factor of 0.121)
calculated using the ASHRAE Handbook of Fundamentals. The slats are insulated with polystyrene for increased thermal protection. These slats are also available with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The IMB-V8 profile is a flat slat with a back cover, and come in a variety of materials and finishes.

Alpine’s IMB-V7 is a normal service door with Insulated Metal Backed slats that are 7/8 inch thick slats with an R-Value: 8.01 (U-factor of 0.125)
calculated using the ASHRAE Handbook of Fundamentals. The slats are insulated with polystyrene for increased thermal protection. These slats are also available with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The IMB-V7 profile is a flat slat with a back cover, and come in a variety of materials and finishes.

calculated using the ASHRAE Handbook of Fundamentals.The slats are insulated with polystyrene for increased thermal protection. The IMB-V5 profile is also available with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The IMB-V5 profile is a flat slat with a back cover, and come in a variety of materials and finishes.
