Alpine^® Soundproof Doors

Alpine’s Insul-Sound are sound proof retardant Rolling doors that use a patented Insulated Sound Barrier PVC Back slats to provide a full noise reduction STC RATING of 27 along with thermal protection. The curtain is made of slats with snap-on, weather resistant PVC with a filled-in core and a back cover to increase insulation for an Ashrae R-value of 8.0 (U-factor of 0.125) calculate using the ASHRAE handbook of fundamentals. All these Rolling doors functions as any normal service door and comes in a variety of materials and finishes each of our Sound colling doors will have noise reduction sound barrier materials combine with insulation R-values.

Alpine’s Insul-Vapor has the same features as the Insul-Sound except it has PVC backing without a filled-in core in the slats to provide a full vapor barrier along with thermal protection.
