Alpine’s Auto Fire-Storm® door has been put to the test to ensure resistance to fire for a prolonged period of time. They are engineered and tested to meet or exceed industry standards. These rolling hurricane doors are 3 hour approved for doors in dividing fire walls with openings not exceeding 152 sq. ft. in area. This automatic fire shutter is built in accordance with requirements specified by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. and is Dade County approved for high wind loads up to 187 mph.
